City Water Advisory Returns

This morning, June 6th, the State of Oregon issued another warning for high levels of algae blooms in the Detroit Lake. The water advisory, which ended Saturday June 2nd, has been placed back into affect and compromises Salem and Turner’s tap water.
Children under the age of six, pregnant or nursing mothers, people with weakened immune systems, and the elderly have been advised not to drink the tap water until further notice.
