After their tournament on Oct. 14, the Girls volleyball team are currently ranked eighth in the OSAA Rankings with an overall record of 16-7 and a record of 12-2 in the Greater Valley Conference. On Oct. 11, the Saxons loss to West Albany by a score of 2-3. The Saxons are currently ranked second in the league in front of West Albany and behind Sprague.
“I feel like we are really successful and everyone contributes but we still have a long ways to go,” said Halle James ‘18.
The only two losses that the Saxons faced were against Sprague on Oct. 5, with a score of 0-3 and against West Albany on Oct. 11, with a score of 2-3. There are two more league games that had occurred this week against Forest Grove on Oct. 17, and against McNary Oct. 19, both resulting in sweeps by the Saxons.
