Saturday, Jan. 20 the Kroc Community Center will be hosting a free community event from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., which includes multiple free health screenings. Free health screenings include flu shots, blood pressure screening, bone density screenings, glucose screenings and a chiropractic or medical massage. People who attend the event will also be able to receive a free day pass to the Kroc Center for the day of the event. They can also sign up for a membership and have the registration fee waived for the day. For more information go to the Main office for facebook event info. This free event is to educate community members about wellness, health, and nutrition as well as being an annual fundraiser for the Kroc Scholarship program.
