The Saxons varsity basketball teams are playing the West Albany Bulldogs for the first time this season and both teams are looking to beat them to end the week on a high note after both of their close losses on Tuesday night both against McNary.
The boys team is ranked 22 in the State with a record of 7-7 and the Bulldogs are ranked 28 in the State with a record of 8-6. This game is highly anticipated as the teams are ranked so closely to each other due to how similar their record is overall and how they have the same record in league.
The girls team with a record of 7-8 with the same ranking as the boys at 22 whereas the Bulldogs have a record of also 7-8 but are ranked 30 in the state. Their identical records and similar rankings also make this a hyped up game that could bring up either of the teams rankings.
