Saxon Track and Field State Review

The Saxons had a very busy weekend as multiple athletes compete in the annual OSAA Track and Field State Championships with multiple competitors placing in their individual events. The Saxons placed 15th in the State overall scoring a total of 15 points.
The Saxons that competed in State were Kaia Alexander ‘19 that got 2nd in Javelin and 14th in Shotput, Anna Chau ‘19 who placed 5th in the 3000m race and 7th in the 1500m race, Hailey Lewtag ‘20 placed 8th in the 800m race, Alex Kivet ‘20 who competed in the High Jump, Olivia Casarez ‘19 who competed in the 300m.
All of these Saxons competed with the best in the State and are hoping to build off of this year and go into next year better.
