The Saxon Boys Basketball team (1-0) won their first game of the season last night 82-73 against South Eugene Axe.
Senior guard, Jaden Nielsen-Skinner “Skinny” came up big, scoring 37 points in the win. Nielsen-Skinner has started on the varsity team all four years and has just recently signed his letter of intent to to play basketball at Portland State University. Treyden Harris ‘18 added 22 points in the win.
The Saxons travel to Eugene on Friday to take on the Sheldon Irish (2-1).
