As the year continues and Coronavirus starts to slow down, many states have thought of reopening their doors and getting back to normal life. Circumstances vary from state to state, leaving the possibility of many different outcomes if states were to reopen fully. Partial reopening is the most common right now with 28 states starting with partial reopenings.
As of now, Oregon has planned to stay closed and a state of emergency has been established until July 6. Washington, California, New Mexico, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Delaware, Connecticut and Massachusetts are all still shut down and will be until further notice.
On the other end of the spectrum, there are a few states that are planning a full reopen: Nevada, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Ohio are all planning to reopen fully within the next few months.
The remaining 28 are planning partial reopenings on different levels, some only reopening factory plants, while others are also trying to open a few more stores, even if contact is only made through a drive-through service.
As states continue to re-evaluate their safety, more may close down while others may start to reopen. A lot is uncertain right now with plans changing on a day to day basis.
