The South Salem High School Varsity Women’s Volleyball team season is over and they performed unsurprisingly well.
This season the girls went 11-11 and finished 2nd in the Central Valley Conference with a conference record of 7-5. Their season was cut short in their second game of the playoffs where they lost 0-3 to the undefeated, #1 OSSA ranked Jesuit. The girls did this with only 4 graduating seniors, Kayleigh Carpenter, Mackenzie Scott, Brooksie Isham, and Desirae Hatfield.
Next year they will be back in full effect, and will have 10 current varsity underclassmen returning to play.
