The South Salem Saxons took on the Sprague Olympians on Thursday, September 14 at Sprague High School. The Olys came out with the win of 27- 25 after a back-and-forth on the last set.
Some key players from the game were Brooke Friesen and Evie Morrissette from Sprague and Briella Mathis and Malena Mathis from South. It was an intense game with hard work around the whole court. The Saxon student section came out and gave Saxon pride towards the players with the white lies theme.
The season record so far has been an overall 5-2 and a league record of 2-1 is ranked seventh according to the OSAA website. How will the South Salem Girls Volleyball team continue with the next upcoming game?
