With the postseason just around the corner, the Saxons flag football team is hitting its stride at exactly the right time. Sitting at an impressive 12-1 overall record, the Lady Saxons have proven themselves as one of the top contenders in the league this season. Their recent victories—convincing wins over the La Salle Falcons and the Seaside Spartans—highlight both the team’s depth and determination as they gear up for what could be another historic playoff run.

The Saxons will open the state tournament at home on May 17 at 7 p.m. against the Pleasant Hill Billies, in hopes of defending their state title. Last season, they brought home the championship, and this year’s squad is determined to repeat that success. With a strong mix of experienced returners and rising talent, the team has shown grit on defense and creativity on offense all year long.
