This fall, the series premiere of “Gleek’s” favorite celebrity game show, “Celebrity Weakest Link,” will return to air. This season is hosted by Jane Lynch and features the cast of “Glee.” Cast members Max Adler (Dave Karofsky), Becca Tobin (Kitty Wilde), Alex Newell (Unique Adams), Chord Overstreet (Sam Evans), Heather Morris (Brittany S. Pierce), Amber Riley (Mercedes Jones), Dot-Marie Jones (Coach Beiste) and Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina Cohen-Chang) will compete in a rapid-fire quiz with a chance to win up to $1 million. The cast of the six-time Emmy-winning show will reunite as contestants on “Celebrity Weakest Link,” airing Sept. 15, 2025.

The past decade has been busy for the “Glee” cast since the series ended in 2015. Along with the recognition the show received during its run from 2009 to 2015, the cast won numerous awards. Some continued their careers on the Broadway stage, such as Lea Michele in “Funny Girl” and Darren Criss in “Maybe Happy Ending.”

Lynch, who won an Emmy for outstanding supporting actress in a comedy, has also earned acclaim for her work in series such as “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” and “Only Murders in the Building.” But she is best known for her iconic role as Sue Sylvester on “Glee.” When asked about reprising the character, Lynch said she would love to see where Sylvester would be 10 years later.

“It would be so much fun, it’s a great character, and I think that, as she ages, 10 years older than the finale, I think there are other things to be added. I think it would be really fun to play Sue Sylvester 10 years later.” Lynch said in May 2024.
