Blazers vs Warriors: Recap of Game 3

The Blazers still have not had any luck in this series as they fell short to the Warriors 119-113 in game three of this best of seven game series.

As for the Warriors, they had some point production from guard Stephen Curry who had 32 points and dished out eight assists, and a big contribution from Klay Thompson who had 24 points.

As Kevin Durant sat out of Saturday’s game again, due to a left calf strain, the Warriors had some help from the bench as Andre Iguodala tallied 16 points and seven rebounds. The Warriors also managed to shoot 40 for 91 from the field [44%] and had only seven turnovers in the entire game.

The Blazers kept battling all game long as they shot 39 for 90 from the field [43.3%] and shot well from 3 point range hitting 40.6%. As Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic, he made his return to the court after coming back from a broken leg prior to the playoffs, but only had two points and 11 rebounds.

With this loss, the Blazers are down three games to zero and on the verge of getting swept unless they turn things around.

Game four will be at the Moda Center in Portland today, April 24, and televised on TNT.
