The Oregon State football program has hired former Oregon State quarterback and University of Washington offensive coordinator Jonathan Smith as their new football head coach. Smith has been coaching for 16 years mainly as a quarterback coach for multiple schools in the NCAA. This young head coach is hoping to have a bounce back season after the Beavers had a poor record of 1-11 overall and 0-9 in the Pac-12.
