Chef Laura Hofer and her culinary arts students held their in-school culinary showcase on November 20, 2023. Students from Hofer’s first-period culinary arts class took orders, prepared food and served Saxon teachers and students alike. During that morning, the Rose Lobby had a completely different look, covered with frantic chefs, four-seat tables and the scent of fresh food.
